Brief Introduction:    

Jun Shan Yin Zhen is produced in The Dongting Lake,Hunan province.It is titbit of yellow tea.the bud of finished product is strong,the length and size is uniform,the inner side is golden.the outer side has white floss at every pore,the formof the bud is like silver needle.so it got its name Jun Shan Yin Zhen.

The color of the tea is fresh and bright,the smell is sweet,the color of soup is orange.the taste is good.When steeped in boiled water,the leaves will stand vertically.

Jun Shan Yin Zhen is firstly produced in Tang Dynasty,it was once runk as tribute in Qing Dynasty.

The smell of Jun Shan Yin Zhen is balmy,the taste is sweet,the color of soup is yellow,the buds of tea are strong and have many floss,the white floss is like feather,the bud is golden and bright,the bottom of the leaves are fat and bright.During being steeped,the buds stand in the water vertically,and then drop down slowly,then the buds rise again and drop aigin,it is a very interesting sight.

The manufacture of Jun Shan Yin Zhen is very strict,it will be picked seven or ten days before Qing Ming,and there will be one hundred and five thousand buds in five hundred gram Yin Zhen teas.
